Policies and Procedures
Booking a Party: We recommend you book 2 to 4 weeks in advance (4 to 6 weeks in the Winter). Reservations will be held for 4 days. To fully secure a date, we require a deposit of $75 (cash, personal check or money order).
Deposits and Payments: Your $75 deposit should be made payable to: Shawnte Broadus and/or hand delivered or received within four (4) days of booking to: Oviedo Aquatics Center c/o Shawnte Broadus, 148 Oviedo Boulevard, Oviedo, FL 32765.
The balance must be paid in full the day of the party (cash or personal checks). There is a $25 fee for any check that is returned or has non-sufficient funds (NSF). You may also pay by PAY PAL by Credit Card Upon Request.
Attendance: Party packages include the Tiara Princess Birthday Girl and seven (7) guests for a total of 8 children. You will be charged $10 for each additional child over 8. There is a maximum of 12 children per party. Invitations: Eight (8) personalized theme-oriented invitations are included. We'll even mail them for you at no charge! If you require additional invitations over 8, there is a $1 per invitation charge. We'll design the selected invitation and all you have to do is email the guest list -- specifying the ages and gender of each guest -- and we'll take care of printing, personalizing, and mailing the invitations for you. Final Count and RSVP Policy: You'll need to provide a final count five (5) business days prior to the party. This will be the number used to plan appropriate quantities of costumes, accessories, crafts, and food (if applicable). This final count includes the Tiara Princess Birthday Child. If a guest is included in the final count and does not attend, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund. Parents are welcome to stay, help and enjoy the party; however, they should not be included in the final count. In addition, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests/siblings. They will need to be supervised either by you or the child’s parent. Cancellations and Refunds: The Tiara Princess Parties will refund your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee, provided you cancel your reservation at least two weeks prior to the scheduled party date. If you cancel for any reason within two weeks of your party, your $75 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly work with you to determine an alternative party date, based on availability. If you need to re-send invitations, there will be an additional charge. Arrival and Departure Times: A Tiara Princess Parties Hostess will be at our location for a total of 2 hours. This includes approximately 45 minutes to set up, hosting a two-hour party, and approximately 30 minutes to clean up. Guests should arrive promptly at the time specified on the invitation. Extended-hours parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. We appreciate your consideration and understanding. Liability for Damage: Your Tiara Club Princess Parties Hostess will provide your and your princesses with the utmost respect, and provide professional service. Tiara Club Princess Parties assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused by party guests. We appreciate your assurance to ensure that our assets are treated gently, carefully, and with respect. As the client, you will be held financially liable for any damage incurred to Tiara Princess Parties’ assets while we are on-site at your location. Allergies and Special Diets: It is very important for you to inquire whether any of your party guests have a food allergy (peanut, wheat, dairy, just to name a few). If any of your party guests have food allergies, Tiara Club Princess Parties will do its best to be accommodating. Please notify us no later than four (4) business days prior to the party if special arrangements are necessary. If a guest has severe food allergies, we recommend that you or the child's parent provide an alternate treat for the child. Tiara Club Princess Parties is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.
